My Wife and I received our GC on Feb 2010. Mr. Khanna law firm helped me to change from EB-3 to EB-2. The law firm team is outstanding, very helpful, expertise, hard working (I really surprised when i received calls even on holidays) and exceeded my expectations. I especially want to thank Mathew, Bharathi, and Prerna for their professionalism, ethics, courtesy, and prompt responses. Me and my wife truly appreciates and very grateful for Rajiv and his staff. Thanks & Regards, Renganathan

Hi: I would like to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for giving me and my employer some guidance on my case. The conference call with him was well worth the time and the money - his staff was very professional in setting it up and during the call he was very helpful and was not at all rushed. What I liked was even though we ran onto the next appointment's time he asked us to jump back in the call after sometime to make sure all our queries were answered. Thank You Again.

I highly recommend to use Rajiv Khanna's services, Because, I was an example for their case. I was thinking and thinking and thinking for three years whether to apply EB1- extra ordinary ability (EB1) category. Diane Lombard, said Let us give a shot. She has done excellent job and she is so kind and so professional. I was so impressed and Rajiv is so honored to have people like Diane.

My EB1-EA- I-140 Got approved in Six days. Then, they applied I-485 AND GOT APPROVED IN Five weeks.

Our prayers to your whole team for your selfless service to us. In future, any of Rajiv's clients who wants to apply under extraordinary ability can reach me to share my experience.

I took consultation with Rajiv Sir twice. In few words, I would say he is excellent in his knowledge and he really reads your case, tries to understand it before he talk to you over the phone. My case is very much complicated ( labor substitution, EB2, concurrent filing, previous comp filed chapter 7, new comp filed another GC with different salary and job duties...etc).

During my first consultation, I asked same set of questions (10 - 15) from both Rajiv Sir and Sheela Murthy but I got all my queries answered with satisfaction and piece of mind only from Rajiv Sir.

During my 2nd consultation, due to dynamic nature of my queries, discussion needed more time than scheduled and Rajiv Sir gave me another slot free of charge to give me right direction before closing discussion thread with him.

Finally, I would say his fees is highest amoung all lawyers I have met but is worth paying as it gives you piece of mind at the end.

I finally received my green card this month after 5 years. Just a little background, I been working with Rajiv ji since 1999 , I almost have 6-7 H1 extensions. I started my GC process before Perm and been through almost all the possible complications one can have. I can proudly say that with help of Rajivji and team I am able to finish that journey without losing the hope. I got an opportunity to talk to Rajivji for than 6-7 times on different problems. I am really amazed the way he handles these repetitive questions with sincerity and in-depth knowledge of his trade.

On one Friday I received a notice that USCIS transferred my I-485 case to AAO by mistake even after they approved my second I-140. I was really upset as it means there will be at least 18 months delay even if my date is current. To my surprise I received CC email from Mr.Khanna on early Saturday morning guiding his team about next step. It clearly shows how closely he monitors most of his cases.

Also many thanks to Sumanji,Anna, Mathew,Rita,Bharthi, subba,Pranita and other staff members who are very co-operative during this process.

I am greatly thankful to one of Rajivji’s attorney Ms Sheena Gill, with whom I worked for last two years. She is more than one can ask to get best case manager on your case. Since USCIS send my case I-485 to AAO it was clear that this case will go nowhere. Sheena was super prompt in following up the case during this time. Without her efforts it was not possible to reach at this stage.

I am thankful to Mr.Rajiv Khanna and his staff for all the help during these nine years.

I would like to express my gratitude and thankfulness to the Law offices of Rajiv Khanna for their expertize in handling my case from the very beginning.     I received my green card on May 13, 2009 under EB2 category.  Having dealt with several law offices, including famous attorneys in the New York and New Jersey area, I have not found such professionalism, couteousness and friendliness as exhibited by the Law offices of Rajiv Khanna.   Every paper work submitted was accurately drafted , reviewed and questions answered prior to submission.   The results were as Rajiv forecasted in the beginning, which shows he knows exactly what he is doing,  which is ultimately satisfying to any client.   Also, I had several consultation sessions with Mr. Rajiv and other attorneys lik Mr. Mathew Chacko without any additional fees/charges - May God Bless you and your offices Mr. Rajiv and may you continue to prosper.    Also special thanks goes out to all who worked on my case namely Heather Crump, Leslie Hager, Mark Riddick and Art Shifflett and answered all my questions and clarified every single doubt that I had.   I would definitely and gladly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna to all my friends.

I have utilized the services of Attorney Rajiv Khanna many times over the last 10 years and have 100% of the time been satisfied with the prompt, expert, and swift handling of the H1B and Green Card applications.  Most recently I took over a very complicated immigration situation when I took over as the Chief Operating Officer for CCOM Medical Group.  I was faced with an employee that was out of status and her whole immigration process had been mishandled by numerous attorney’s over several years.   Rajiv’s staff quickly put together a plan, researched all the potential obstacles we could potentially run into, and executed parallel applications for an H1B visa and green card.   The end result was obtaining an approved H1B visa for my employee and H-4 for her son along with an approved I-140 so that as her priority date comes up later this year she can get her green card.  We are all very happy and appreciative of the fine work Rajiv and his staff did for our employee and CCOM Medical Group.  In my ten year history in working with Rajiv he has never, ever, let me down and he and his staff are always conscious of ensuring I have the appropriate expected outcome in mind and am fully aware of any downside to a situation before it happens.  I like to make informed decisions and Rajiv allows me to do that.  Anyone reading my comments is more than welcome to contact me at  (918) 683-0753.
