Greendcard for Psychologists
Hi,
I wanted to know if your firm has made applications in the EB2 and EB1 categories for Psychologists. I am working with the state of Nj as a psychologist and have received my Doctorate in the Us. Wanted to also know which type of applications 9 EB1, EB2-NIw) seems to work most in favor of such a profile.
Greendcard for Psychologists
We have processed applications for almost every profession known to Man. I cannot think of any we have not. For psychologists and psychiatrists, the laws are the same for EB qualifications, except the Psychiatrists, being physicians are subject to the same laws as physicians. Feel free to send me your resume through the contact form. We do not charge for review.
Note: We practice US immigration law with sharp focus on employment/business immigration and complex immigration matters and related federal court litigation. I know a lot about my area of practice, but I do not know everything. Use common sense.
OT and EB2
My wife has a Post Professsional degree in OT from a reputed school. However, we are not sure if she qualifies for EB2 processing similar to Physical Therapists. I think she has to file like any other profession and doesnot get special consideration that PTs get. Can you please clarify?
Occupational Therapist and EB2
OT's have no special category unlike physical therapists. But EB-2 may be possible. Discuss with her lawyers.

Health care worker
I am working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at a nursing home in NYC holding an Optional Practical Training, but it has been difficult to find sponsorship for an H1-visa since I graduated from a Health science BS in december and I finished an associate degree in OTA. Is there any other option besides continiung with ny master degree right away?
Options for Health Care Worker
There is lot of demand for OTA's in countries like New Zealand and Canada. Why don't you apply for a Permanent Residence (PR) for either New Zealand or Canada.
