I have utilized the services of Attorney Rajiv Khanna many times over the last 10 years and have 100% of the time been satisfied with the prompt, expert, and swift handling of the H1B and Green Card applications.  Most recently I took over a very complicated immigration situation when I took over as the Chief Operating Officer for CCOM Medical Group.  I was faced with an employee that was out of status and her whole immigration process had been mishandled by numerous attorney’s over several years.   Rajiv’s staff quickly put together a plan, researched all the potential obstacles we could potentially run into, and executed parallel applications for an H1B visa and green card.   The end result was obtaining an approved H1B visa for my employee and H-4 for her son along with an approved I-140 so that as her priority date comes up later this year she can get her green card.  We are all very happy and appreciative of the fine work Rajiv and his staff did for our employee and CCOM Medical Group.  In my ten year history in working with Rajiv he has never, ever, let me down and he and his staff are always conscious of ensuring I have the appropriate expected outcome in mind and am fully aware of any downside to a situation before it happens.  I like to make informed decisions and Rajiv allows me to do that.  Anyone reading my comments is more than welcome to contact me at  (918) 683-0753.

I STARTED MY EB2 140 CASE WORK WITH RAJIV’S OFFICE AFTER WAITING FOR 2+ YEARS ON MY CURRENT PENDING EB3 140 FILED BY ANOTHER ATTORNEY.I GOT VERY GOOD CASE WORK AND DOCUMENTS REVIEWED BY RAJIV, SUMAN AND MATHEW CHACKO IN DETAIL AND SUGGESTED FOR PORTING AND INTERFILING MY 140’S WITH PENDING 485. MATHEW WAS VERY DETAILED ABOUT REVIEWING MY EXPERIENCE DOCUMENTS AND FINDING OUT THE CHANGES REQUIRED. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE CHANGES DONE AS RECOMMENDED QUICKLY. SUMAN WAS VERY QUICK IN ASSIGNING THE CASE TO ATTORNEY AND ALSO FOR ALL EMAILS FOR ANY CLARIFICATIONS NEEDED. EVEN THE ADMIN STAFF IS QUICK TO RESPONSE WITH SHIPMENTS OR ANY NOTICES. RAJIV WAS SO HELPFUL IN REVIEWING THE CASE IN DETAILS FOR HAVING THE CASE FILING DONE IN A STRATEGIC MANNER ESPECIALLY FOR INTERFILING THE MULTIPLE 140’S I HAVE GOT APPROVED AND PENDING SO FAR. FINALLY WE GOT THE APPROVAL IN LESS THAN 35 DAYS AND I AM REALLY REALLY THANKSFUL FOR RAJIV AND HIS STAFF, ESP. MATHEW CHACKO AND SUMAN FOR THEIR GREAT HELP AND CONCERN TOWARDS THE ATTENTION GIVE TO CLIENTS.I CERTAINLY REFER ANYONE OF MY FRIENDS OR KNOWN PEOPLE TO HAVE REPRESENTATION FROM RAJIV’S LAW OFFICE FOR THEIR GC PROCESS.

Rajiv Khanna and associates are helping me in my Green Card processing. I received an RFE on my I-140; the response was well prepared by Attorney Sheena Gill. I got the approval on my I-140 in a week’s time after response was mailed; I am so excited about it. Rajiv Khanna and Sheena Gill have done an excellent job. I appreciate their expertise and the utmost care they have taken in preparing the response to a tough I-140 RFE. I would recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv S. I had somewhat complex case.
Firstly, My company lawyer made some blunder and on the top of that i physically relocated to different state during my pending I-140 case.
With these complexities, I came to Mr. Khanna for seeking help to resolve these issues.

I received complex queries by INS for my 140 and Mr. Khanna prepared a technically sound reply and send to INS, and with that, we got 140 approval notice next day without any further query.

We are really very thankful to Mr. Rajiv Khanna & Ms. Heather for their expertise & guidance.

Rajiv Khanna and associates are helping me in my Green Card processing since January 2004 and recently they did a very good job to get me the I-140 approval. I received an RFE on my I-140 in Feb 09 and response was well prepared by one of the Lawyers and sent within a weeks time. I got the approval on my I-140 just after a weeks time. It was a great job and effort from the Rajiv Khanna's office and their associates. I appreciate their good work and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good immigration lawyer for their Green Card or any other immigration related work.

The law office of Mr. Rajiv S. Khanna filed my and my wife's I-485 and I-140 cases con-currently on the February 19th 2008. We got approvals on the February 24th 2009 and received our Green Cards on the March 6th 2009. . We are amazed to get our cases approved within 1 year of filing. It was back in June 2005 we signed with Mr.Rajiv's firm regarding my employment based GC process. With the excellent process and support from Rajiv's office my PERM labor got approved in 4 months and then I-140 in 7 months and there was a RFE which Mr.Mathew helped my employer by contacting USCIS and effectively getting approval. With lot of inquiry made by Rajiv's office and continuous follow-up with USCIS my case and my wife's case got approved without any RFE.

I sincerely appreciate their help and patience shown during my GC process and highly recommend them for any immigration related process.

Many thanks to Prerna Mehta for all the help she provided with the filing of my I-140 and Sheena Gill for handling my I140 RFE in an excellent manner. My case was dealt with utmost trust and care by Rajiv's office and I didn't have to worry about RFE and USCIS approved my case in a couple of days.

My special thanks to Sheena as she handled the RFE extremely well.Sheena and Prerna were extremely professional.
