O-1 Visa Sample Cases

We obtained recommendation letters from world experts and they noted that this applicant was one of the few researchers in the field who had achieved the highest level of success and had become a world leader in drug abuse research. We later filed and won an EB1 - Outstanding Researcher case for this applicant based on the same findings. Additional current recommendation letters were sought and submitted along with an offer of employment letter from his current employer.
