I owe my success to Rajiv Khanna and their diligent team.  It would never been possible without all your efforts, during difficult times of visa cancellation all those conference calls made me feel secure, answering RFE was very crucial as I had only 5 days remaining to reply and still you accepted it.  I also got benefitted in H1b processing as I had offer letter with me for 4 months but due to one major concern my employer was holding it back and even after consulting few lawyer I could not get satisfactory response. I consulted Rajiv Khanna again and as always I found answeres to all my questions.  It just like consulting a doctor some are really dedicated to their profession and I found Mr. Khanna just like them. Thank you once again Rajiv Khanna and team.

It was great help from Rajiv Sir to advice free to F1 students issues and questions. My friend recommended me to contact Rajiv Khanna Law Firm. God bless you with everything you wish. I applied my OPT and got rejected because of applied ahead of time. Then I again applied and got it. Now I have completed my program but still not have degree. I was worrying about my next status without having US degree in hand. But Mr. Rajiv suggested and explained it in real good manner and now I am just going with that flow. Thank you Mr. Khanna for your service to community in USA.

Rajiv has been of incredible help to me for the last few years. I'd applied for the 485 Adjustment of Status and it looked like I'd be stuck in the queue for years before my greencard arrived. So, as I thought about my career, I decided to go back to school for a Ph.D. However, I was told by most everyone that getting an F-1 visa to go back to school would be very difficult. Rajiv gave me excellent advice to still go ahead and apply for the F-1 -- I ended up getting it with no trouble whatsoever. As the years went by, I then ended up getting the greencard as well -- Rajiv has been really helpful in letting me know the specific requirements (in terms of the job classifications, travel etc) related to obtaining permanent residency. I have been following his advice and I have been really pleased -- he's been absolutely accurate in all of his advice and I'm certainly counting on him in times to come as well.

I wish to thank Rajiv Ji and other members of his team for brilliantly handling my F1 visa reinstatment case, which I lost due to Tri Valley fraud. Rajiv Ji stepped in as an angel in the toughest times in my life and painstakingly prepared and filed the I 539 application. I have engaged Rajiv's office for over 10 years now for many different reasons. I've also been recommending Rajiv's law offices to my aquaintences & friends for over 10 years now. I have very close examples of people who lost 3-5 years going to some other lawyer & later, at  my advise, going through Rajiv's office, who somehow 'fixed everythin' ???? Rajiv once told me ... ' why do you want to engage my office? this is so simple, you can do it yourself and save some money..."  if you expect more from a lawyer... you are crazy!!!!! For Rajiv, its not about the money... he REALLY wants to 'do the right thing'. Rajiv provided me guidance for a new case - at no cost just because I was a old client -  & literally advised me I could save money by doing the work myself - it was very simple. I was infact, ready to pay him or some other lawyer 100s of $s because this was a inquiry near & dear to me. There is no better example of honesty & forthrighness ( i've dealt with many lawyers in my lifetime & if you have a better example, I'd certainly like to hear it) .  I'd ( & have already ) recommend Rajiv for his unparalleled knowledge & honesty in a instant & have also, personally, gone back to him time and again - H1B , family visas, family GC, company visas etc etc etc - again & again......its a no-brainer for me... & yeah.. I'd put my money where my mouth is.... --DJ
