US Citizenship Services and Fees

The fee schedule for US Citizenship is as follows:

1. Legal Fees (for our Office) $1,800 - $2,400 depending on type of case, due at the commencement of the case
2.

Filing Fees to the USCIS (Single Applicant):

 

N-400: $640  ($760 from April 1, 2024)

 

Finger Printing: $85

3. Federal Express Expenses: approximately $75 - $100

My parents are completing 913 days or 30 months of their GC over the last 5 years. I have two questions 1. Can we file their application after 30 months is met or within a 90 day period and 2. Are they allowed to travel overseas once they have filed application
