Hi. I'm having a confusion right now regarding our application

We had our medical at st.lukes today mar 12 and the doctor found out that my mom's x-ray has an abnormality which leads to sputum test. This test will take 2mons before we know the result. It happens that I will be turning 21 this coming may. I dont know if they will consider my case or not. Because we dont know if we can have the interview without the medical

Good evening. I received the approval of my petition for my sister in 11/25/2009 >However I failed to let my sister know she was approved, and forgot all about it until I found the letter from US Immigration
that she was approved today. Will she be able to get her immigrant visa?

I would suggest you contact your Congressman. Let them assist you in "reviving" the matter. It should be possible.

I am arranging documents for Green Card application.
One of the mandatory document is Birth certificate. I have question related to this.
My Birth certificate has place of birth as "Name of Village" where as my
passport has place of birth as "District of Village". Below are my question.
1. Will there be any issue when my application get file without going for option 2 below?
2. should I go for change in place of birth in my passport? and then file application.

Ashish ji, if the discrepancy can be corrected, that would be best. If not, I think it is relatively easy to explain it.
