E-3 for an accountant
Hi.. I am an Accountant with double masters.. Master of Commerce and Master of Professional Accounting.
I have four yeas of Australian experience. Do I need to have a license to work as an Accountant in a company?
I have an employer but he insists that I need a US license to practice accountancy in US. Can I get license by being in Australia or I can go to US and get a license?
Please advise.
E-3 for an accountant
Not all types of accountants require a licence. But check the law of the State where you will be employed.

E-3 question
Hi,
I read all the information on your website regarding the E3 visa. I was just wondering though, does a 3 year Bachelor's degree from Australia qualify for the eduction requirements? There seems to be conflicting information on this topic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sarah
E-3 question
Genrally speaking, a 3-year degree combined with three years of relevant experience should certainly qualify you. We have done an E-3 for a Drama major who had a three-year degree from Australia.

E-3 Visa
Hello,
Can an E3 holder change employer? In such a case, does he need to apply for new E3 visa.
Can an E3 holder work for another employer when he is working for the one through whom he got the E3 visa?
Thanks.
E-3 Visa
Tom, as I recall, E-3 visa is only for work with the sponsoring employer group. If you wish to go outside the group, you will need another type of visa, like H-1.
