PERM pending for audit and location change
Filed perm in Nov 2012, got audit in april, attorney replied, meanwhile in april job location changed (company relocated) from one county to other county within 25 miles with same company, same position, same department. Waiting for audit response from DOL. Now attorney told as company location is changed we need to do all processing again including posting ads and filing perm freshly. I will loose the priority date of nov 2012. Please advice.
PERM pending for audit and location change
The answer depends upon whether or not you have moved to a different wage area. Normally, for 25 miles, you should not have any problem.

Completing 6 years on H1 and PERM pending
Hello,
Need help on situation where my H1 is completing on 14-Apr-2013 and PERM(Priority Date 2-Aug-12) is in audit. Per my company lawyer, I am leaving US on 3/31/13 and work from India office till my PERM gets approved. Then they will file I-140 and H1 extension. Or if PERM is not approved till 2-Aug-13, I can able to file my H1 extension from India with 365 day pending PERM rule. Could you able to advise if this all makes sense or there can be any issues ? or do I have to be out for 365 days to come back in US and do I need to applu for a new H1 visa ?

Relocate during PERM Process
If PERM in process, if you relocate to different place do we need to file PERM once again?
Relocate during PERM Process
It depends. Most lawyers accomodate for such movement.

EB-2 PERM Labor denied
Hello, My eb-2 perm labor got denied (employer failed to respond to RFE to send some basic requested paperwork - FEIN no proof) . Anyways now employer wants to refile . The Prevailing Wage that was used first time around is valid till 30th June 2013. Can we use the OLD PWD and refile for the same candidate (as advertisements have passed 180 days we will re-post those and wait for cool off period ..) . Basically only change to the new 9089 application are new advertisement dates - other things (job title , responsibilities , company information etc will all be the same). Please advise - thanks
EB-2 PERM Labor denied
I do not see any issue with reusing the PW. Good luck!

E-3 Skilled
I am E3 Skilled, been here in US over 30 days, received my GC and SS. my 2nd day,I immediately report to my employer who sponsored me. He wanted me to sign a lease to rent his house, I have not seen the house and told him that I may be willing for a lower rent and wanted to give me the opportunity to see the house. Everything went down the hill..He told me that he is not hiring me, as renting with him with the house his choice is a requirement. He yelled at me to get out his property, and threatened that he will report me for fraud and revoke my GC. I am confused and frightened?? need help.
E-3 Skilled
I strongly recommend you obtain a consultation with a lawyer. Usually, in cases like this, you have a good defense against the employer's attempts to revoke a green card. I think some proactive action may be taken.
