I owe my success to Rajiv Khanna and their diligent team.  It would never been possible without all your efforts, during difficult times of visa cancellation all those conference calls made me feel secure, answering RFE was very crucial as I had only 5 days remaining to reply and still you accepted it.  I also got benefitted in H1b processing as I had offer letter with me for 4 months but due to one major concern my employer was holding it back and even after consulting few lawyer I could not get satisfactory response. I consulted Rajiv Khanna again and as always I found answeres to all my questions.  It just like consulting a doctor some are really dedicated to their profession and I found Mr. Khanna just like them. Thank you once again Rajiv Khanna and team.

It was a real pleasure interacting with Rajiv Khanna, albeit for a short period.  We were looking for immigration information for a highly qualified physician relative in India.  He was very knowledgeable, of course.  But, the most distinguishing element was his honesty and forthrightness.  He gave me excellent feedback, laying out clearly the pros and cons of different alternatives and the likelihood for success.  His recommendation was to not proceed, which I totally agree with, although it meant lost fees for him and his firm.  If anyone is looking for an honest, straightforward, knowledgeable immigration lawyer, based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Rajiv.

I am a physician, in the US for about 2 years now. I wanted to get the sense whether now is a good time for me to file for GC.  I discussed my case with Rajiv over the phone. He was very straightforward and advised me against filing for the green card right now. He pointed out specific weaknesses in my case and made recommendations for improvement.   I keep hearing that some lawyers will file your case irrespective of what your chances are, as long as they are getting paid. I think highly of Rajiv because he offered to discuss my case despite having a good idea that he was going to reccommend against filing. I would prefer having someone like him as my attorney when I eventually file for GC.

Mr. Khanna is the best attorney I have so far met, and believe me as a physician I have met tons of them. Mr. Khanna knows his area of expertise (immigration) so well that at the end of the 15 minutes discussion I had with him, I knew he was my best option. Of utmost importance is the follow-up, which the staff of Mr. Khanna have mastered so well. As long as Mr Khanna is in business, he will henceforth take care of all my issues relating to immigration. Without permnission from Mr. Khanna, I have already started recommending him to my colleagues. Hamisu Salihu, MD, PhD

Me and my wife are physicians on H1B visas considering applying for a green card without labor certification requirement. We contacted Atty Khanna who graciously agreed to give us a free first time consult. Not only did he advise us about the merits and demerits of the case, but also sent extremely useful sample documents and notes. We are thankful to him for the consultation and also for helping us save a lot of money trying to apply in vain for the EB1/NIW category (unlike our friends with similar qualifications who on the advice of other attorneys applied unsuccessfully) which has become extremely stringent these days.

Hello, My interactions with the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna started in Aug 2004 when I first applied for my H1 visa. Ever since, I have reached out to Mr. Khanna, Mr. Chacko and other support personnel (Ms. Mehta, Ms.Bhasin, Ms.Baker) for all my immigration related needs. This group of professionals is the best you can ever hope to find to help you navigate the complex and painfully slow immigration process. Rajiv and his team form a tremendous body of knowledge and the beauty of this group is that they provide their expertise as a 'service'. It is true that the law firm charges fees for processing ones case, but the amounts charged are far less than what one would have to pay elsewhere for service that is typically not on par. Mr. Khanna himself has called me on numerous occasions to clarify a question or seek more specific detail....it amazes me that the seniormost attorney in the firm takes time to do this and that too without charging a single dime for a personal call. My wife and I used Rajiv's offices to handle our Green Card application. The process was lengthy and stretched over 6 years from start to finish. I'm glad to report that the GC was granted. Without Rajiv's group supporting this would have been a nightmare. The team that handled my case did their work in the most professional manner possible. I got prompt replies to my emails, voice messages and on occasion even emails and calls over the weekend. I have probably inundated mailboxes with questions and counter arguments...never once have I been discouraged from asking questions nor have I not gotten a clear and definitive answer for my queries. Over the green card process, Rajiv's group renewed my Advance Paroloe and Employment applications (for my wife and I) three times. They have never sent me a bill for this, stating clearly that this falls within the overall green card application process. In my comments above, I emphasize on many occasion the financial matters related with this firm. It is also important to highlight the humane treatment you are accorded by everyone I worked with. The support staff and attorneys clearly understand the emotional stress involved in the immigration process and they treat you with respect and dignity. I have referred many friends of mine to Rajiv's office and they all state similar commendable experience. In short, I am glad I found this group of brilliant immigration attorneys and support personnel. I'm glad they were on my side and helped me win permanent residency. I can state without any hesitation that you will not be disappointed if you choose Rajiv's group to represent you. The level of service and support you will receive from the Law offices of Rajiv S Khanna will be far more than what you ever dream about. Many thanks to everyone at Rajiv's office for all the hard work. If there is anything I can every do in return please let me know....
