Mr.Khanna and his whole team worked on my complicated case and made it possible. There was a lot of effort that went in during the whole process but finally it worked. I have utilized the services of Attorney Rajiv Khanna many times over the last 10 years and have 100% of the time been satisfied with the prompt, expert, and swift handling of the H1B and Green Card applications. Most recently I took over a very complicated immigration situation when I took over as the Chief Operating Officer for CCOM Medical Group. I was faced with an employee that was out of status and her whole immigration process had been mishandled by numerous attorney’s over several years. Rajiv’s staff quickly put together a plan, researched all the potential obstacles we could potentially run into, and executed parallel applications for an H1B visa and green card. The end result was obtaining an approved H1B visa for my employee and H-4 for her son along with an approved I-140 so that as her priority date comes up later this year she can get her green card. We are all very happy and appreciative of the fine work Rajiv and his staff did for our employee and CCOM Medical Group. In my ten year history in working with Rajiv he has never, ever, let me down and he and his staff are always conscious of ensuring I have the appropriate expected outcome in mind and am fully aware of any downside to a situation before it happens. I filed for my H 1 visa less than a month back through Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, and got the petition letter approved today. I applied for my Initial H1-B Extension .I was scared as the USCIS was asking too many questions abiut the project,codes and othe evidences as I also received an RFE for my case. But I really want to thank Rajiv Khanna and his staff at the non-immigrant office who was very calm and prepared a point - to -point response and also Rajiv personally reviews all the responses sent to the USCIS. well, what can I say than the usual? Folks at Rajiv's office must be thinking 'phew. we have recieved another one of those glorious feedbacks today. YET again. so, there you go. I'll be another guy who says you are the best. But its true aint it? You know your stuff, you are attentive, you hear our griping, whining and still say 'How can we help?' . Thats what I like the most about Rajiv's Office. After 9 years in the country, just when I started to get comfortable and thinking my status is safe, i received an RFE asking for what I call "Copy from CM and Copy from PM", which in other words, USCIS has asked for letters from everyone involved in my employment. Thank goodness, they didnt ask the now infamous 'tax returns of the company and letter fron the president'. The moment I saw my RFE, I sent an email to Rajiv with one sentence 'HELP!!'. He responded back in 5 minutes, directing his most amazing and best-at-what-she-does assistant, Anna Baker to help me. Letters followed, checks mailed, more emails and voila, we have our case ready and all the letters signed. We applied last friday (July 3rd), received the status email, and case processing has resumed the same day. On July 8th we received an email containing the magical words 'Approval Notice Sent'!! So, lets start with the mail room guys, copying room folks, all the assistants: Thanks a ton! and then Anna : Any number of thanks and best wishes wouldnt be sufficient for your hard work and diligence. and of course Rajiv: For assembling the best team, and for always being there. Thanks to all of you for making this happen for me. Much Appreciated. Bala
