I would like to express my gratitude and thankfulness to the Law offices of Rajiv Khanna for their expertize in handling my case from the very beginning.     I received my green card on May 13, 2009 under EB2 category.  Having dealt with several law offices, including famous attorneys in the New York and New Jersey area, I have not found such professionalism, couteousness and friendliness as exhibited by the Law offices of Rajiv Khanna.   Every paper work submitted was accurately drafted , reviewed and questions answered prior to submission.   The results were as Rajiv forecasted in the beginning, which shows he knows exactly what he is doing,  which is ultimately satisfying to any client.   Also, I had several consultation sessions with Mr. Rajiv and other attorneys lik Mr. Mathew Chacko without any additional fees/charges - May God Bless you and your offices Mr. Rajiv and may you continue to prosper.    Also special thanks goes out to all who worked on my case namely Heather Crump, Leslie Hager, Mark Riddick and Art Shifflett and answered all my questions and clarified every single doubt that I had.   I would definitely and gladly recommend the Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna to all my friends.

My wife, both daughters and I received our GC on Sep 02, 2009, I started the whole process with in June 2004, with Rajiv S. Khanna as our attorney. Rajiv is an expert on Immigration Laws and is straight up and abreast of rules & regulations and is strict about the law and stays strictly as defensive. He helped us at every point in the whole process. I must mention here that the paperwork done under his guidance has been perfect and I had no RFE's except at the last stage for my wedding certificate. I am specifically mentioning this because I have seen some of my friends stuck for years in the process because of careless paperwork. We are greatly thankful to Mathew Chacko, who is always available and is happy to responds calmly and peacefully. Also many, many thanks to Bharathi Gajala, Lakshmi, Tarun, Rita and other staff members who are very co-operative and would return calls & e-mails promptly. In short Rajiv and his staff made the whole process very easy, simple and painless. We are really glad that we chose this Law firm. We are greatly pleased with Rajiv and his staff as far as their professionalism, courtesy and promptness regarding my GC. Many of my friends and employees of our company went through Rajiv and all of them are also happy like me. We are thankful to Rajiv and his staff.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Rajiv, Leslie and everyone else at the Law Offices of Rajiv S Khanna for the excellent work done on my Green Card case. We received approvals for our I-485s yesterday and are delighted! Mine was a case requiring porting of priority dates from EB3 to EB2 and Rajiv's firm did an excellent job of that. They are very response to my queries and have an excellent system in place to support us thru all phases of the GC process. They are also cutting edge in terms of using technology. I filed for my H 1 visa less than a month back through Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, and got the petition letter approved today. The way Rajiv and his employees' handle each case is worth appreciating. Their dedication, support and professionalism, throughout the process is commendable. I can very confidently say that the pain they took to cover even the tiniest point is worth mentioning. This is the reason why they are so successful.

I applied for my Initial H1-B Extension .I was scared as the USCIS was asking too many questions abiut the project,codes and othe evidences as I also received an RFE for my case. But I really want to thank Rajiv Khanna and his staff at the non-immigrant office who was very calm and prepared a point - to -point response and also Rajiv personally reviews all the responses sent to the USCIS. So my case was approved yesterday and I really appreciate thier work.
