I am so much thankful to this Office since they started my case. This Office did my I-140. It is approved and I-485 approved. This Office has taken care of each and every step at all levels with great care without mistake. This office so much helpfull. I am so much thankful to Mathew and Bharathi for their help. I would like to explain how much this office helpfull. I was forced to change the employer to keep my job lost December 2008. I asked this office to file AC-21. They asked me get consent from my previous employer as this office is having agrement with previous employer. Then previous employer did not accept it. Then I consulted other Attorney. They agreed to file my AC21 with G-28 form. My case is transferred to my new Attorney. I got query on my I -485. The query has my new attorney name, they sent it to this office instead of my new attorney. This Office immidately took care and informed by phone and mail irrespective name of attoney on the query letter. I was not in office and I did not see mail. And not replied to mail. Then they called me on cell phone at least 4 times on the same day. Unfortunately my cell phone was not working properly. They left me 4 voice mails. I saw voice mails in the night. This indicates how much this office is helpfull. I always respect quality of work and helping nature. This Office has got every thing to deal cases. Please do not think about fee. I always suggest to go with this office and forget your case. They will take care of you in all aspects. I am gratefull to Mathew and Bharathi. The help is priceless. Thank You.

We got approvals on the February 24th 2009 and received our Green Cards on the March 6th 2009. . We are amazed to get our cases approved within 1 year of filing. I first time contacted Rajiv in January 2007 by sending my CV and asked his opinion about EB1 success.

He called me next day and said that you have 50-50 chance to get EB1 approval. Immediately, we started working and in April 2007 we filed the I-140.

Since it was premier processing we got the RFE in 10 days, i was disappointed and Rajiv convinced me not to worry we will take care of it.

Both Rajiv and his team composed of Diane worked with me to collect more evidence and response the RFE in August 07, and Approval came in Sept 07.

Then they filed I-485 in Oct 2008, and Approval came today.

In summary, i would recommend all my friend and relative to hire Rajiv 's services for immigration purpose. I had an excellent working experience with his team and most importantly very nominal charges.

Thanks Rajiv and Diane for bringing freedom in my life.

We have applied our I-140 and 485 petitions through Rajiv's law office. We received our GC approvals the other day.

Excellent and Timely job by Aruna, Prerna & Bhrathi And Timely & Accurate advice by "The Big" Mathew. We got our anxiety put to rest in respect of our daughter's college admission with pending GC. last night we got our "card production ordered" email from CRIS. Today we are truly global residents with Indian background, New Zealand citizenship and now PR of United States. Both me and my wife filed for our I-485 processing through LORK in July 2007. My file got through and I received my EAD,I-485 receipts and AP. But my wife's file got lost in USCIS and we did not got any receipts. Roopa and Matthew put in great efforts to get her application through. We really appreciate the work done by entire Rajiv's team.

My wife and I got the I-485 approval in March 2008. We filed the I-140 & I-485 in February 2006. The LC PERM was done by Rajiv’s law firm too. The I-140 was approved in 4 months without any issues.
Mostly I dealt with Prerna Mehta and Jitesh Malik. Both provide me excellent help and support during the process. Malik called me on my cell phone to answer my questions, and he was polite, fast and correct. Also, I praise Prerna for checking my documents and forms thoroughly and providing correction/feed back immediately.
My sincere thanks to you Mr. Khanna, for all the help and guidance that you gave us through out the application process. You were always ready to answer all my questions and I really appreciate all the help that you provided.
In future if I need any immigration help I would definitely go for Rajiv firm. If anybody has any help needed about immigration I would highly recommend Rajiv firm.
