GC in EB1 - A Category
Comment:

Want to Thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna and Diane Lombardo from the bottom of my heart for the tremendous effort they put into my GC application in EB1-A category. The journey started 7 months back with a simple evaluation of my profile by Mr. Khanna followed by a fact check call. Hats off to his professionalism that I was told upfront the approval chances of my case and the further work I need to do on my profile. Mine was a very unique case with a mix of critical industry experience, inventions, publications and other relevant categories. Mr. Khanna's strategic direction, core guidance, and valuable inputs were ably complimented by perfect documentation, follow up and updates by Diane. The advice throughout the journey was extremely valuable and the support was just a call away anytime. I was told to patiently wait and work on the profile till it was good enough to be filed and I think the patience and time spent was worth it. The final profile at the time of filing looked really great and satisfactory.

The I-140 for the case was approved within a week of filing. Mr. Khanna and Diane have been equally supportive in the I-485 journey immediately after that and took it on top priority to accommodate my International travels.

As Mr. Khanna emphasized in the beginning, the whole journey is the Process and it turned out to be a great learning experience. Engaging Mr. Khanna and his team in my case turned out to be a sure game changer and I am extremely delighted to have them on the case. I would highly recommend Immigration.com for all the immigration needs.

Its been a long journey that started with completion of masters (F1) visa and today receiving green card (GC). I have been with Rajiv ji and his team since the beginning of my immigration journey (F1(OPT) -> H1 -> H1 Ext.-> Perm -> I140 -> I765 -> I485).
As said by everyone else here in the guestbook i also concur with all the things.
Firstly, they know what they are doing and are best at it. They have a solid knowledge about all the immigration rules, jargon, what can cause potential problem in future and how to handle the complexities a case has.
Secondly, very professional, prompt replies and free consultations. One thing that i liked is that they all are very easy to reach including Rajiv ji itself and that helps a lot in calming down the immigration anxieties of clients.
Best wishes to you and your team.

Rajiv and team was an excellent support and a great help for one of GC case.

Case: The applicant is working with company A and have I-140 under EB3. Applicant want to move to other company and want to port the priority date under EB2. Solution: Rajiv and team (Art) have created a customized plan to achieve this success. Rajiv was personally involved to make sure all the paper works are correct. Based on his 25 years experience and a novel team he could able to successfully port the new I-140 under EB2 with older priority date. Not only that, he also filed the I-485 along with new I-140. His fee for the whole process was very competitive. More over that, he and his team support in through out the process was unparalleled. He and his team was always answered the question asked without any delay. This is great service providing by your firm and making sure every case is managed under the immigration law of this country and open the path for more legal immigration like this applicant. Thanks!

Rajiv's team Mathew, Mark and Heather who worked on my case are very dedicated and helpful. Rajiv is very knowledgeable, he has answers for any question in the immigration world and he is a very helpful person too, even with his busy schedule he is available to answer any questions. I would strongly recommend their law firm for all the immigration needs

I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.

First of all I  wanted to thank you Mathew & Rajiv Khanna for their superb service during my Green Card Process. Below is the my story: I applied for Green Card at 2003 under EB3 category and my priority date was Dec 2003 via Company X when I was working for Company Y. After years of waiting I decided to ask for the possibility of applying via EB2 category for Company Y. Rajiv & Mathew has studied my case throughly and decided to go ahead with Eb2 process. Perm Labour took 2 months, I-140 took 15 days (premium processing), I-485 porting took 4 months. Totally it took almost 14months to get my Green Card under EB2.

Had a question about my I-485 approval and how to proceed forward with naturalization.  Mr. Khanna was really helpful.  After the consultation he let me ask follow up questions over the mail without any extra charge. Of various immigration attorneys I have spoken to over past five years, Mr. Khanna has been my favorite. Not only does he know the law but he cares about his clients.
