Green card is the most of important part of every immigrant.It holds even more valuable to Indians with the priority dates being so far away.
I started my Green card process with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, P.C..My labour went from one query to another,
From query to supervised recruitement.
Vijay Durgam was handling my case,He was very patient with me and my employer.He kept on persisting and never lost the sight even when we gave up the case.
I cannot stress the amount of care and effort he has put in getting the labour approved.We fought almost for 2yrs to get labout approved.
It was really lucky get a case manager like Vijay to handle this difficult case.As always Rajiv Khanna was there to guide us through.
When we got supervised recruitment,Me and my employer lost all the hope because of the percentage of approvals,but our lawyer never gave and did an excellent job.
My I140 also approved without any queries.I now have the all important priority date.
I thank everyone at Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna for their superb work and help.My special thanks to Vijay.

I am very pleased with Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team of professionals. My Employment based Green Card petition was very diligently prepared by legal experts and submitted promptly. It was approved soon and then on they had always guided for all other immigration formalities. They also counseled me when l had to change my job after I-140 approval so that my petition remained in compliance with all immigration requirement. Also got opportunity to have personal discussion with Mr. Rajiv Khanna on other immigration-tax related issue.

I contacted the Law Offices of Mr. Rajiv S. Khanna for secondary advice in regards to my and my husband's green card process and filing of G-639. Via telephone conference I received helpful advice, more detailed information and clarification than I had received from my other lawyer. I found Mr. Khanna very knowledgeable. Rajiv and Art - I can't thank you enough for the magic you did in order to get my green card which was almost next to impossible. I applied my first green card through another lawyer in 2002. That got rejected. We went to the court in Washington to challenge the rejection (through another lawyer) but lost the case. I was basically asked to pack my bags and leave the country. Luckily I had applied through another company (another division within our company) and got H1 to extend my stay and refiled my green card through the same lawyer but he said it might take a long time and my case will go into review since it has been rejected the first time. At this point i reached out to Rajiv Khanna to apply my green card again (3rd time). He has an excellent team. Art helped with my case. I was very surprised that instead of me pushing Rajiv's team, they were pushing me to work promptly. Art was always on top of the case. Whenever i had doubts, Rajiv was always available for consultation. . I finally have my green card in just 2 years since i applied thanks to Rajiv's effort. Please go with Rajiv and relax, his team will make sure your case moves at a fast track.

I would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff, especially Prerna and Richa in handling my green card processing. They are very professional, diligent and meticulous in their work. I trust them completely, they have always advised me in my best interests from a legal stand point.  I would recommend their office for any immigration related issues without hesitation and   I am glad that I went to them. I have worked with Mr. Khanna and his staff on H-1B and green card applications for a few of my employees over the last 4 years.  Never having done this before previously and with very limited knowledge of the immigration arena, I have found all of the staff members to be extremely helpful!  There is never a time where I can't ask questions or seek guidance.  Communication is very important and they never dissapear on me.  Rather than it feeling like a client-lawyer relationship, I feel like it is more of a partnership.  They are here to make the process smooth and as painless as possible.  I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need, whether it be an individual or an employer.

Mr. Khanna is the best in the Business (if you don’t agree with me, he is certainly one of the Best). His law firm is handling both my H1-B and Green Card, and my experience has always been really really very very good. Mr. Khanna has a very good team but when crises arise or there is confusion in the application process he will directly get involved – this means a lot - as the best and brightest person in us immigration arena is dealing your case. I very highly recommend his law firm.

Our Firm is going to avail Mr Khanna's legal services for filing our NEW  GC cases, till now we have had a great time in understanding each other's view point and what ever we have experienced  is "Great pofessionalisim" from Mr khanna & his team.
