E3 Visa for Australian Actors

Hi I am an actor have been doing so for the last 5 years constantly I am Australian Born and raised and I also have a Visa in the UK also. I have acted throughout Australia and the UK, and I want to move to the US for acting Work, have you dealt with any cases for actors applying for the E3 Visa and is it possible? As the requirements for the Performer O' and P Visa requirements are a lot more complex I was trained professionally as an Actor at College level but I haven't received any degree level qualification as you know this not a major work requirement for an actor but have work experience

We recently provided assistance to an Australian citizen who was coming to USA to teach classes in USA. The key is that your education and experience combined must be equivalent to a US college degree and you must be coming to perform a job that requires such a degree.

You must consult a lawyer to assess whether or not you are subject to the 10-year bar. Eligibility for green card is a secondary issue.

A green card through work is unlikely unless either he/she has a full-time job offer in her field or is nationally/internationally recognized.
