Inquiry about F1 visa process
I am working in USA on H1B visa and my wife is on H4 visa. Recently she got admission to the University of Denver. But she was rejected in F1 visa interview yesterday. What are now my options to proceed with her studies ? Is it a safe process to start studying on H4 visa and then apply change of status from here and eventually get converted to F1 visa for OPT. Please help

Inquiry about F1 visa process
Starting school on H4 and then later converting to F1 appears to be a reasonable choice. However, if she travels outside the United States, she cannot return without an F1 visa. That may be difficult in light of the early refusal.

PLEASE GUIDE ME _ The Indian Penal Code _ USA VISA
Dear Sir,
I am an aspiring master's student from India who wants to pursue a master's in the USA. I have secured admission to a university in the USA.
Coming to my concern, I got caught by the police very near to my house in the first covid lockdown and they took an action against me under section 188 of IPC and confiscated my driving license.
After a few months, they called me to the police station with one person to sign bail documents as they said, they took my Aadhar no and took my sign. They didn't give any official or unofficial documents/notification to me nor did I receive any on my mobile or email.
My question is, did they really file any FIR against me? Is this a major offense to show in my visa application? will this thing affect my visa? Also if I pay the fine which is about Rs. 200 will I be into a convicted category?
I am very tense with the situation as my career is at stake and want to take guidance. I tried to take guidance here in India but no one couldn't help that much because of not knowing the exact requirement of a US visa.
PLEASE HELP AND GUIDE ME!!!!

PLEASE GUIDE ME _ The Indian Penal Code _ USA VISA
I do not practice law in India, so I have no idea what these different sections mean. But what I can tell you is that when you fill out the paperwork to obtain a visa, fully disclose the fact of your arrest (if it was that), etc. Let us see.

F-1 VISA Stamping during OPT
Hello, I am a PhD graduate working in GE as a lead engineer under my OPT. I have 2 more year of valid OPT period. I am planning to travel to INDIA to renew my F-1 VISA in January 2023. I am planning to submit the H1B application through GE before I leave. I will return to USA by March-10-2023. Can I please have session of discussion with an immigration expert on the presented scenario to have a plan for all the ifs and buts around my plan.
Thank you Akshay Mallikarjuna
