Is there any law to provide legal stay to the parent of US citizen child with disability?

My spouse and I are staying in the USA since last 10 years on work visa H-1B. We have our second daughter born in 2016 who is facing neurological disability which requires long term care and constant therapies. The current scenario is my husband's H-1B has denied and couldn't get back to the USA. I am here in the USA with my both kids on B2 Visa. My both kids are US Citizens. Is there any legislation which can provide legal stay to the parent of a child with disability in the USA?

I am a father of a 25 years old disabled child on removal proceeding since 1998. I did tried to reopen my case in 2015 but failed to pursue it to the end. Is there any way to get help in adjusting my status without leaving the country?

My wife and I are both US Citizens. My wife's parents are immigrants. They have a child at the age of 21, but she's blind and has autism. Would my wife's parents be able to bring their handicapped daughter to the US to become a citizen after they become citizens?

I am on H4 visa in Massachusetts. I want my parents to visit us along with my disabled brother -29 years old (cerebral palsy). Will there be any challenges for him to get a US tourist visa?

I cannot think of any special visa for you. But our practice is heavily focused on employment and business-based immigration.
