MTR/AAO appeal on I-140 denial and reversed their decision in 7 months.
Comment:

My sincere thanks to Mr Rajiv Ji and Mr Kunal Ji. I got my I-140 denial decision reversed in 7 months. I have this issue since 2012. I-140 originally files in 2007 and since then its been under initial review and received RFE/NOID In 2012. We approached the same attorney who was handling my I-140 and that didnt go well and ultimately it was denied. We approached Rajiv along with my employer and were in discussion for 20/30 minutes and said winning this case is fairly possible. Even I-140 petition wasnt supplied by previous attorney. Rajiv and Khanna briefed their arguement with me and asked me if i have any concerns so that they can add those in their arguement and discussed cons and pros and finally draft been finalized and sent appeal(I-290 B) to the AAO office. Our arguement was purely based on Labor copy and in 7 months appeal sustained and initial decision has been reversed and they approved I-140. We are now waiting for the approval copy so that have to go further and repair few more things. I am happy to say that i am going with Rajiv office to correct other things as well. WIth huge relief -Satish

Green card is the most of important part of every immigrant. It holds even more valuable to Indians with the priority dates being so far away.
I started my Green card process with Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna, P.C..My labour went from one query to another,
From query to supervised recruitement.
Vijay Durgam was handling my case,He was very patient with me and my employer. He kept on persisting and never lost the sight even when we gave up the case.
I cannot stress the amount of care and effort he has put in getting the labour approved. We fought almost for 2yrs to get labout approved.
It was really lucky get a case manager like Vijay to handle this difficult case.As always Rajiv Khanna was there to guide us through.
When we got supervised recruitment,Me and my employer lost all the hope because of the percentage of approvals, but our lawyer never gave and did an excellent job.
My I140 also approved without any queries.I now have the all important priority date.
I thank everyone at Law Offices of Rajiv Khanna for their superb work and help.My special thanks to Vijay.

I am very pleased with Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team of professionals. My Employment based Green Card petition was very diligently prepared by legal experts and submitted promptly. It was approved soon and then on they had always guided for all other immigration formalities. They also counseled me when l had to change my job after I-140 approval so that my petition remained in compliance with all immigration requirement. Also got opportunity to have personal discussion with Mr. Rajiv Khanna on other immigration-tax related issue.

I would like to really thanks a lot for the guidance provided by the law office of Mr.Rajiv during my H1 extension process. In my case it was a double RFE and the whole team worked a lot to get me out of it. Finally got my H1 approved. I can strongly recommend taking services from Mr.Rajiv’s law firm as I personally feel we are in safe hands.

I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.

I came to the United States by an H1B visa. The H1 visa was filed through my company’s attorney which later I asked them to apply for my green card as well. Unfortunately, the attorney made several mistakes and I cancelled my contract with them. After some research and asking from friends and colleagues, I decided to go with the Law Offices of Rajiv S. Khanna whose web site, immigration.com is well known. Obviously the cost was higher than our company’s attorney but I used to hear lots of sad stories about how some unexperienced attornies lost the customer’s hope, time, and money. So, I think it was really worth it because last week I received my green card after less than 3 years. This is a very good record for EB2 category. Another Iranian friend of mine took about 7 years to get his GC! Heather Riddick, Art Shifflett, Mathew Chacko, and Rajiv Khanna worked on my cases during this time and I am extremely satisfied by their experience, knowledge, care, and accuracy. Cheers to all of them and thanks again!
