My interaction with Rajiv dates back to March 1999. I was in a very difficult situation, had to change employer in the first one month of my entry into US. I was not on the payroll, as a result I did not have paystubs. Rajiv helped with a 60 day rule, filed my H1 B petition within first 60 days of my entry in US, at an unbelievable pace. The best part, Rajiv’s unique insight and understanding of the law and applying to specific immigration situation., I am a US citizen and living the American dream as a first generation American of Indian origin. Last seven years I have been running a company. When I look back in time, the best thing I did was to seek the right professional help. I am an international student on F-1 visa who got married to a green card holder during my studying in US. we wanted to know when we can apply for my green card and how the process is. Thanks to Mr. Khanna and his awesome team, we now know exactly what we should do. since we had no idea what the process is, it took us a while to understand the whole story! Mr. Khanna explained very clearly and patiently and made sure we understood everything.
He helped my husband to get his green card a few years ago and we'll definitely ask him to walk us through this process.

I contacted the Law Offices of Mr. Rajiv S. Khanna for secondary advice in regards to my and my husband's green card process and filing of G-639. Via telephone conference I received helpful advice, more detailed information and clarification than I had received from my other lawyer. I found Mr. Khanna very knowledgeable. Rajiv and Art - I can't thank you enough for the magic you did in order to get my green card which was almost next to impossible. I applied my first green card through another lawyer in 2002. That got rejected. We went to the court in Washington to challenge the rejection (through another lawyer) but lost the case. I was basically asked to pack my bags and leave the country. Luckily I had applied through another company (another division within our company) and got H1 to extend my stay and refiled my green card through the same lawyer but he said it might take a long time and my case will go into review since it has been rejected the first time. At this point i reached out to Rajiv Khanna to apply my green card again (3rd time). He has an excellent team. Art helped with my case. I was very surprised that instead of me pushing Rajiv's team, they were pushing me to work promptly. Art was always on top of the case. Whenever i had doubts, Rajiv was always available for consultation. . I finally have my green card in just 2 years since i applied thanks to Rajiv's effort. Please go with Rajiv and relax, his team will make sure your case moves at a fast track.

Rajiv was very generous in providing the right guidance in resolving my H-1B salary issues. Prior to contacting Rajiv, another immigration attorney tried to represent me on a fee basis to help reclaim my salary. Rajiv offered his free consultation over the phone. He asked to me to do it by myself with the Depart of Labor. This happended six months ago. I just got some time this afternoon to go to the SF office of the DOL. The DOL will commence an investigation, which I believe should help me get my unpaid salary. Thank you, Rajiv!

I would like to thank Mr. Khanna and his staff, especially Prerna and Richa in handling my green card processing. They are very professional, diligent and meticulous in their work. I trust them completely, they have always advised me in my best interests from a legal stand point. I'm really thankful to Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his help and advices! Not long ago a good friend of mine from Washington told me about Mr. Khanna as about the best immigration lawyer. And after the appointment with Mr. Khanna, I can say that my friend was absolutely right. Mr. Khanna is a real professional, who knows the answer to any question. More than that, he is very polite and hardworking person, who respects his customers. One more important thing, he is a realist, who considers and evaluates the chances first and doesn't waste your money and time in vain. I have been dealing with Mr. Khanna and the team for the last several years. I always felt that everytime you encounter with team, there is continous improvement in handling cases professionally. I have worked with Rajiv Khanna for all my immigration matters so far. My H1B, 140, 485 etc were all processed by the lawyers working at this firm.
