It was a long and painful journey of seven years. But, at the end I finally got my GC. Through out this procedure the only positive thing was the help and support I received from Mr. khanna’s office. I first applied EB-3 in 2006. Got my EAD through EB-3 application. Then reapplied for EB-2 in 2012 and got my GC in August, 2013. Through out the process Mr. Khanna and his staff was so helpful and thorogh that it made my journey lot easier. I would specially like to mention Suman, Mathew, Seema and Bharathi for all their help extended to me. I can not experess enough thanks to them. I would recommend Law offices of Rajiv Khanna for anybody whoever need any help on immigration issue. They are simply the best immigration attorney in this country!

I had several pending I-485 application family-based as well as employment based. I withdrew family-based yet I received an interview notice for the same. I was quite concerned about its impact on my remaining GC applications. Mr. Khanna’s team had no obligation to provide any counsel, since I was not their client anymore. Yet Mr. Khanna made himself available and provided guidance. Mr. Khanna’s law firm offers more than just handling of the legal process… they go above and beyond to create a sense of community and offer a great service to folks dealing with varying immigration circumstances. It was a truly humble gesture on his part and its really comforting to know that you have Mr. Khanna’s firm by your side, if needed.  Many thanks for all the help… truly appreciated.

Rajiv Khanna or Murthy?
Comment:
Rajiv Khanna took my EB2 portability case (from EB3 PD of July/2004) got all approvals. Recently I got Green Card. Earlier, I used another attorney to port EB3 but PERM was audited and then rejected. All the money invested there was a complete loss of time and money, not to mention all the frustation that comes along with any rejection. Rajiv Khanna and team are best in business. They are priced flat so they really want to take care of your case in most efficient manner. If it takes more time initially to “prep-up” for case then they want to make sure that all grounds are covered in case they are audited. Trust them! they know what they are doing. Now the big question - Rajiv Khanna or Murthy? Pretty much thats what you have been thinking anyways. My vote goes to Rajiv Khanna all the way. Why? Its very Simple, initial consulation was very direct, free and it was with Rajiv Khanna himself plus his team. Any decision made on file was consulted with Rajiv Khanna. If I ever wanted to talk to Rajiv Khanna about any thing around my case, his team would setup an appointment and I would be able to get answers in no time. Again, they charge flat fees so I never paid for any of sessions I had with Rajiv directly. His knowledge, experience and humble approach makes big difference. I am glad I don’t have to go through Green Card processing again, but if I do, I would blindly pick Rajiv Khanna to guide me through again.

I have been working with Prerna and Mr. Khanna for several months now to convert my EB3 to EB2. They have been very responsive each time and I really appreciate that when it comes to big firms. In the past, my trouble with other firms were with responsiveness. I would give 5 out of 5.

I don’t have the words to express how wonderful I think this law firm is.  We have been working with Rajiv and his teams for the past 2 years and we will be a lifetime client!  It is a pleasure to work with people who are so lively and fun and know their stuff.  I was thinking…”how & why do you tell someone who is EXCELLENT at what they do that they are greater than even they think?” Then I thought even Superman needs to know he’s doing a great job!  Thank you for all you do for us Rajiv etal.  We are your BIGGEST FANS!!!
