We were very apprehensive about the problems and delays in getting the required visas. Our consultation with another immigration attorney was not very reassuring. On s friend's recommendation we consulted Rajiv. And things changed. Rajiv and his staff got our work done in no time. That was only part of it. The thing that impressed us most was their highly professional approach, sense of duty, and client-always-comes-first attitude. Whenever we phoned and/or visited their office, both Rajiv and his staff, Charu in particular, made us feel at home and gave us patient hearing, their own very busy and tight time schedule notwithstanding. Thank you Rajiv. Thank you Charu.

Rajiv Khanna and his team have done extensive research to solve my H1-B Case Denial efficiently. INS has denied the H1-B when my consultancy company applied for H1 amendment for new job location.INS has denied the H1-B when they were not able verify the degrees and experience in INDIA. My friends Ganesh and Bala helped me to reach Rajiv Khanna when there was no hope of getting the H1-B back. Rajiv and his team has solved the case proficiently and got H1-B approval within 2 months. I thank Rajiv, his team, and my friends who have helped me through this tough time. I recommend everybody to consult Rajiv Khanna for any kind of problems in H1-B.If you need any information, reach me through email at Thanks Ravi Prasad Pachalla

In June of 1998 I changed jobs, and moved here to Florida in July of 1998. I began filing for new H1 visas in May of that same year. It took Just under two(2) months to get our H1-B and H-4. Just recently (Dec. 1999) our application for Alien Employment Certification, through the Atlanta DOL was approved. We are now in the process of filing our I-140 and, once the priority date becomes current, the I-485 (adjustment of status for GC). My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results Mr Khanna has been able to achieve since we first started with him in Maryland. We have come a far way, and it is refreshing to know that changing lawyers was the best choice we have made throughout this ordeal. We continue to look forward to the high standard of work Mr Khanna is setting for his clients. ** Keep up the good work Mr Khanna & Staff **
