USCIS Updates Public Charge Resources Webpage to Provide Information on the Public Charge Ground of Inadmissibility and Public Benefits Available to Noncitizens

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has updated the public charge resources webpage with more information to help reduce undue fear and confusion among immigrants and their families, including U.S. citizens and their children, that may prevent them from obtaining access to critical government services available to them.

USCIS recently updated the following form:

Edition Date: 05/31/22. Starting July 1, 2022, USCIS will only accept the 05/31/22 edition. Until then, you can also use the 09/30/20 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
