L-1 A CLASSIFICATIONS
We charge the same fees for new cases and extensions.
The fee schedule for L-1A classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:
1. If the petition is by way of premium processing, the total filing fee is $2,960 (2 SEPARATE, personal or corporate checks, $460 and $2,500, BOTH payable to "Department of Homeland Security.")
2. The $500 Fraud Prevention and Detection fee (personal or corporate check ) made payable to the "Department of Homeland Security. This fee will be applicable to:
a) All initial L-1A petitions;
b) Transfers from one employer to another; and
c) Change of Status to L-1A
Please note if the L-1A is likely to be complicated, we may charge higher amounts for legal fees.

Note 1: On Dec. 18, 2015, President Obama signed into law Public Law 114-113, which contains provisions to increase certain L-1 petition fees with immediate effect for cases postmarked on or after Dec. 18, 2015, and it will remain in effect through Sept. 30, 2027.
These additional fees apply to petitioners who employ 50 or more employees in the United States with more than 50 percent of its employees in the United States in H-1B or L (including L-1A, L-1B) nonimmigrant status. Petitioners meeting the following criteria must submit the additional fee of $4,500.00 with their L-1 petitions:
All initial L-1 petitions; or
Transfers from one employer to another

L-1B CLASSIFICATIONS

3. IF YOU ARE A COMPANY WITH 50 OR MORE EMPLOYEES AND MORE THAN 50% OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE IN H-1 OR L-1/L-2 STATUS:
A CHECK FOR $4,500.00 (CORPORATE CHECK ONLY) MADE PAYABLE TO THE “Department Of Homeland Security.”

The fee schedule for Blanket L-1 classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:
1. Legal fee (for our Office): $2,400
2. USCIS filing fee: $460
3. Fraud Prevention and Detection fee: $500
4. Premium processing fee: $2,500
L-2 CLASSIFICATIONS
The fee schedule for L-2 classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:
1. | Legal fees (for our Office): $800.00 for an independent L-2, payable at the commencement of the case |
$300.00 for an L-2 application filed with an L-1 application | |
2. | Filing fees (to the USCIS, Form I-539): $370.00 |
