Words cant express my gratitude
Comment:
This is fair comment  Me and my family had a  past few unlucky months. We spend a lot of money for consultations with other attornies but in vain, we thought of consuting Rajiv. We thought as Rajiv is top notch attorney in US for immmigration cases, he would charge stupenduos amount of money but he totally understood our situation and gave a wise advice regarding the COS of my wife, the consultation was free. Very hard to believe that some of the desi people out there do consultations not for the benifit of themselves but for the society. Rajiv still remebers of the old days where he had to struggle in the early 80’s for maintaining his status and paying money to attornies. His advice is very helpfull and  words can express our gratitude towards him.  Thanks Rajiv for putting so much effort to rejunivate lives of some of the critical situations in the immigration law.

I have been with Rajiv S. Khanna law office for my immigration needs for last 9 years. I have always found them very helpful with the amount of information and assitance they have provided. I havent work with any other attorney so I can’t compare them with others, but based on services they provided to me, I never felt I should look for another attorney.

I would like to thank Mr. Rajiv and team for the excellent service they have been providing me for my GC processing.Ours is not a straight case. Rajiv’s timely legal advice, ability to analyze the situation was very helpful when we encountered numerous twists in our GC case. The staff is quick and prompt in processing filing requests, setting up appointments with attorneys when required. Many thanks to Heather, Seema and Prerna for speeding up my case - Suman.

I would like to thank Mr. Mathew Chako and his team, in particular, Heather, for their professionalism and dedication to customers for making my Green Card process as smooth as it was. Even with an instance where I made a huge silly mistake that could have dire consequences, Mathew and Heather were extremely swift and professional in following up with USCIS with the required steps completed to ensure I did not get in trouble. And my process still went through without a problem. I got my Family-based Green Card within 7 months. Not to mention that Mathew and his team have always been responsive to my emails as well as phone calls. Heather is always available via phone for guidance which gave me an extra sense of security.

I am sure Mathew and his team will keep doing wonders for their clients, given that clients also fulfill all requirements for the process. I could not thank these guys enough. It is through their hard work and attention to every aspect of the case that I got my Green Card in less than expected time. KEEP IT UP !!!

Hi, I took consultation with Rajiv sir twice for my sister-in-laws immigration issue. The first consultation showed us the path to keep immigration status current. Also, the consultation gave lot of confidence and relived our stress. Rajiv sir is excellent in his knowledge and he is well prepared to answer our questions during the actual consultation over phone. I am very much satisfied with the consultation provided by Mr. Rajiv. I can clearly see there is a helping mentality rather than just a service. Rajiv sir is very professional and gave us one free consulation when we requested for paid consultation for few questions. He is very promt in responding to regular emails with specific question, ofcourse without any charge. Rajiv sir, Thank you very much for everything. Regards, Siva

My mom's green card interview

My mom came in for a visit in Dec 2009, I applied for I-130 in Feb-10 for her and got approved, then she left to Canada to visit a friend and came back in May, I applied for an adjustment of status in June, and she has her interview this week. Does the fact that she reentered in June with the intent to apply for permanent residency because of the I-130 approval we got lead to denying her application.

If USCIS so wishes, they can certainly make an issue of it. But they tend to be much more tolerant of cases of immediate family like parents and spouse.

Unless the context shows otherwise, all answers here were provided by Rajiv and were compiled and reported by our editorial team from comments and blog on immigration.com
