This is about my sister.she was born in mexico, and when she was about 4 our parents decided that they wanted a better life for their children that they would have. they could not leave her their, so she had to come here. it took her a while to learn english but by the time she graduated kindergarden she was perfect. from then on she was succesful in school. she was a great student. she graduated on the top 15% of her class. the thing is she wanted to go to college and study business administration. because she is an immigrant she could not get any scholarships or financial aid.
I just came back form my FP appt. I wanted to share my experience with you.
If anyone's interested: I had an appointment today for H1B visa revalidation. Overall it was a smooth experience. I was asked for my paystubs though.
Degree etc was not asked for. Total interview time was 2 minutes. The only question I was asked was whether I am working for the same company for which I had received an H1 visa previously. In my case that holds true. I also had an F1 visa previously. US Degree.
Question from one of our clients:
Could you please. let me know that Does House Foreclosure affects immigration Process?
Actually I have a house in one State, but my company has moved to another State. Now my mortgage is much due to increase in Taxes. It becomes difficult to pay both mortgage and my present apartment rent. So just thought to ask before taking any action.
