Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker

Edition Date: 05/31/23. Starting Nov. 1, USCIS will only accept the 05/31/23 edition. Until then, you can also use the 11/02/22 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
