Background: I am currently in the US on H1B and looking for making an EB-5 investment as a direct investment in a rural area and planning to create a rental apartment community (~25 apartments) It will also be helpful to share some stats for EB-5 filing from your law firm.

Rajiv's reply:

Two cases come to mind. First, a strip mall developed and managed led to both a conditional green card and removal of the condition. Second, the purchase of an apartment building and the creation of an additional business conducting property maintenance. Conditional green card obtained. Removal of the condition is now pending.
