FAQ Transcript

Whenever the authorities, whether it is a judge or the government says "canceled without prejudice" that means they are canceling for some technical reason. This is not going to cause any harm if you want to apply for the same visa again. This therefore means cancellation without affecting your ability to apply again. It is not a black mark against you.

My non immigrant visa was stamped cancelled without prejudice during my greencard interview which was refused in the end. Why would they give me a "good cancellation" if they did not intend on approving my new visa? Now I am stuck without no visa at all. Can someone help please.

If my visa was canceled without prejudice why would immigration seize my phones and don't return them?

I have c1d visa that I used to enter USA during my work as a cabin crow this Visa I already have it since 2021 and still valid for 2 years. I submitted for b1/b2 visa They sent me the. Passport with the new b1/b2 visa valid for 5 years But they stamp on my c1d visa cancelled without prejudice. what should I do ? I need the other visa for my job and why they cancelled it ? Is it possible that the consul made a mistake and did not notice that I applied for another type of visa, so he canceled the old one and gave me the new one?
