TN for conslutant
Would I be eligible for a TN visa for the following situation? I am a Chartered Accountant from Canada (an eligible profession), currently living in the US under a TD visa (Husband has a TN). I may be offered a temporary position, on a consultant basis, for a non profit organization based in the US. The role is in my field (managing the organization) & the organization is composed solely of chartered accountants from around the world.

Looks possible.

Canadian citizen looking for a job in the USA
I am a Canadian citizen who is looking for a job in the US and have almost gotten an offer until the company realized that the position I applied for is not exactly listed in the "general professions" list. Is there a way to work this out so that the position fits the requirement? I am a business major and job is called "supply chain analyst".

I would suggest a consultation with a lawyers. Look into Management Consultant.

TN visa for Stocks Trading Job
I receive a Job offer as a Stocks Trader in a Trading Company in New York.
I'm a Canadian, and I live in Canada.
Is the TN visa the fastest and more appropriate one for my case and in which 'Schedule 2 of the North American Free Trade Agreement' job description should I choose for a stocks Trader?
Thanks.
TN visa for Stocks Trading Job
Offhand, I cannot think of any title. The rule of thumb for TN visas is that the jobs must require a professional (usually requiring a degree in that subject) in a particular discipline. I do not see how stock traders could get in there, unless there is a lot more than just trading involved.

Hi I've got an offer for government auditor position. I was wondering if "auditors" qualify under "accountants" category for TN?
Thanks!!
TN for Auditor
I am quite sure that should not be a problem, but the case must be reviewed by a lawyer.
