DHS Desk Officer at the OMB, confirms that the NSEERS comments can be faxed to her at (202) 395-6974 or can be emailed to: kflee@omb.eop.gov. Ms. Lee also confirmed that the OMB is not accepting mail packages, despite the delivery instructions set forth in the NSEERS Notice.
