B Visa Services and Fees

The fee schedule for B-1/B-2 visa classification (fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows: 

1.   Legal fees(for our Office): $800 payable at the commencement of the case
2.   Filing Fees (to the USCIS, Form I-539) : $300
3.    Federal Expenses: appx. $70

 

These are expected fees for the year 2010. For new cases, we reserve the right to change our fees at any time without prior notice.
