How To Compute Approximate Labor Certification Timings
The Labor Certification processing goes through two levels of review.
1. State level - SWA (State Workforce Agency)
Each state has a SWA: The labor certification
application is originally filed with the SWA office having jurisdiction
over the place of employment. The initial processing of the labor
certification is done by the SWA office, after which the application
along with all the documents is transmitted to the appropriate U.S.
DOL (Department Of Labor) regional office for its final determination.

cases received as of 06/16/2001*
*This means the SWA office (Region-I) is now processing
