Non- Immigrant Visas Fee

These fees
represent our typical anticipated charges for
commonly requested services.
B-1/B-2 CLASSIFICATION
The fee schedule for B-1/B-2 visa classification (fees are payable
by personal or
corporate checks) is as follows:
Legal fees: $800 payable in 2 installments of $400

E- CLASSIFICATION
The fee schedule for E classification (fees are payable

H-1
We charge the same fees for new cases and extensions.
The fee schedule for H-1 classifications (legal fees are payable
by
personal or corporate checks) is as follows:
Legal fees: $1,800.00 payable in 2 installments of $900
Additional expenses:

For
H-4 visas we charge an additional $300
legal fees for any number of applicants for clients
who process their H-1 from our office.

For
H-1, If you are a company with 25 or less employees, the
fees are as follows: $320 (filing fees for form I-129) made
payable to the "Department of Homeland Security"
(personal or corporate check only), $750 (filing fees for
Form I-129W) made payable to the "Department of Homeland
Security" (corporate check only) AND $500 Fraud prevention
and detection fee (personal or corporate check) made payable
to the "Department of Homeland Security.

For
H-1, If you are a company with 26 or more employees, the
fees are as follows: $320 (filing fees for form I-129)
made payable to the "Department of Homeland Security"
(personal or corporate check only), $1,500 (filing fees
for Form I-129W) made payable to the "Department
of Homeland Security" (corporate check only) AND
$500 Fraud prevention and detection fee (personal or corporate
check) made payable to the "Department of Homeland
Security.

The
$500 Fraud prevention and detection fee will be applicable
to:
a) All initial H-1 petitions;
b) Transfers from one employer to another; and
c) Change of Status to H-1
This $500 fraud prevention and detection fee can be a
personal/corporate check made payable to “Department
of Homeland Security”.

If
petition is by way of premium processing, then
there is an additional fee of $1,000 (premium
processing fee). This can be paid by personal
or corporate checks.This $1,000 should be payable
to "Department of Homeland Security".
NOTE: This additional fee of
$1,500 and $750 is according to the Consolidated
Appropriations Act of 2005 that was enacted on
Dec 8, 04. This Act reinstitutes the ACWIA fee
and raises it to $1,500 for companies with 26
or more employees, including any affiliate or
subsidiary. Companies with 25 or less employees
may submit a reduced fee of $750.

Please note: If the H-1 is likely to be complicated,
we do charge higher amounts of legal fees. Typically,
$2,100 for cases with added difficulties.
Please note: We charge the same for corporate or individual H-1
representation.

at the commencement of the case and rest in 3 monthly installments
