GREEN CARD THROUGH  LABOR CERTIFICATION (PERM)

The fee schedule for green card through labor certificationis as follows:

Legal Fees - $6,400 payable as follows:
$4,400 for preparing the Labor Certification Application ($1,600 at the commencement of the case and $2,800 is payable in monthly installments of $400 beginning the calendar month following the signing of this Agreement) followed by $1,200 for preparing Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker; and $800 for preparing Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status/Consular Processing. Client will pay $2,000 to Law Offices in case Form I-140 and Form I-485 are to be prepared concurrently. Legal Fee for labor certification has to be borne by the employer (only corporate checks). From I-140 stage onwards, legal fee can be paid by personal/corporate checks.

GREEN CARD THROUGH NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVERS

The fee schedule for Green Card through NATIONAL INTEREST WAIVERS
(fees are payable by personal or corporate checks) is as follows:

Legal Fees - $5,400 payable as follows:
$4,600 at the commencement of the case and $800 at the time of the preparation of I-485

Please note: If the application is likely to be complicated, we charge higher
amounts for legal fees. Most cases fall in $5,400 range.
Note: The new filing fee of $1010 includes fee for applications I-485, I-765, I-131 and finger printing irrespective of whether I-765 and I-131 applications are submitted along with I-485.
