performing labor as a health care worker, other than a
physician, is inadmissible unless he or

Advance Copy of Regulation which Allows USCIS
to Accept Electronically Filed Forms
Posted April 27, 2003 Advance copy of regulation change to allow USCIS to accept
electronically filed forms. No launch date is given, but I-765s and I-90s
are expected to be the first forms involved, and will require collection
of biometrics at an ASC before the cards can be issued. The regulation is
slated for publication 4/29/03.

pilot project to standardize the English, government, and U.S. history
