NBC Updates on Request to Reopen or Reconsider Procedures

NBC has decided to review the process under which a request to reopen or reconsider a decision could be submitted through the Chicago Lockbox as a formal motion to reopen or reconsider on Form I-120B. This is with payment of the filing fee or a request for a fee waiver. NBC will now work with USCIS HQ and make sure that any process that NBC puts forth will be consistent with the procedures nationwide. Hence NBC will not be changing its motion procedures on December 1st. Please keep visiting this page for more updates.
