Apply for GC for my married Brother who is L1
Hi I am a USC and want to apply for a GC for my Brother who is on a L1 Visa for 3 years. Can i do that without him having to leave US? And can he get work (for any company) till the visa is issued?
Thanks

You can apply, but he can neither stay no work in USA just because you have filed a Form I-130. The stage at which he can do those things would probably take 10 plus years to reach.
