Birth certificate of Parents
My set for Green card as parents of US citizen is ready but I dont have my Birth Certificate.In my Indian Passport date of birth is 11/11/1943. I have taken two Affidavites but not getting the certificate of no records from Indian city. Can any one Guide me for my options.
Birth certificate
Birth certificate -nonavailabilty certificate can be concerned muncipal coroporation.it is not aproblem . where ever a person was born. Nonaviabilty certificate can be obtained. No problem provided ur wiling to pay the required fees & service charges. its not a problem.
Birth certificate of Parents
You do need the certificate of non availability of birth certificate. You may be able to use Foreign Affairs Manual's list of unavailable documents from India, but getting a letter/certificate from local administration (municipality) is the better bet.

Sponser Birth Certificate
I have GC interview for my parents. I have photo copy of my birth certificate. Do i need original birth certificate of mine when we go to interview. If i don't have that, will the office deny the case or send us back for another interview.

USCIS does have the right to insist that you produce the original. They may give you time to get it if you do not have it. It is best to start the process of getting it right now.
