I have 3-year Bachelor's degree, Certified Software Architect, 15+ yrs experience(including current employer), 100K+ salary. Do I qualify for EB2 under Exceptional Ability/

Under EB-1, probably no. Under EB-2, unlikely, but have your lawyers review.

EB3 to EB2

My Green card was filed under EB3 category. I have 3 year Bachelor's in computer science degree with 10+ years US and 3+ years India experience. Salary (100K+) as Application Engineer.
Please let me know if i am eligible for Porting from EB3 to EB2. Appreciate your help.
