TN status to GC
I've been working in USA as a Computer System Analyst on TN status since 2007 (I'm a Canadian citizen), but commute from Canada to US daily, now I want to process the Green Card. What's the best way to go? Thanks.

Jim, think about converting to H-1. TN may not be considered a dual intent visa (unlike H-1), which permits people to file a green card. Look through my blog. I have a detailed discussion on the issue of dual intent and how it applies to various visas including TN.
