Comments: I started my GC processing in Sept. 98. Rajiv and his team
got my LC done in Apr 99. I filed my I-140 in May 99. There
were some questions regarding the valuation of my degree and
experience. But Rajiv and Fidelina went out of way and got
second evaluation of my education done which fitted the case
in the EB2/RIR category. My I-140 was approved on 7 Dec.99
and now I have sent my I-485 papers for filing.
Thank you very much Rajiv, Fidelina , Suman and the entire
team. They are very dependable team even in difficult times.

Comments: I am living near Mr. Rajiv's main office in Fairfax,
so I got chances to visit him at the office several times. My first feeling
is this team is what I want. Comparing to my old attorney, that Paul Allen
office in DC, Mr. Rajiv's law office is much much better. They returns
your phone calls and emails so promptly that you have the feeling that
they are just by your side. Their work is professional! I posted a message
earlier on the board about my wife's I-94 problem (the officer at the airport
stamped a wrong date on her I94, not the date on my H1 status but the expiration
date of her visa stamp. So when Mr. Rajiv pointed this to me, we were like,
what??!! my wife's staying in US is illegal now?! and maybe she will be
bared to reenter US) Now it's a history. Thank you so much for helping
us get things straightening out! I was transferring from on company to
another. I have been working with Charu very closely and the H1 was transferred
smoothly and my wife got a new H4 and I94 at the same time. I don't remember
exactly how long it took. but It's very quick! The Labor Certification
is under way too. I know I can rely on them!

today. We had so many problems with my I140 and i am really glad things
worked so well and with such a great timing. My I140 was denied after 9
months due to an INS mistake and i had lost all hopes of filing I485 now
that the dates are current. Fidelina tried very hard making a lot of phone
calls and even filed an appeal ASAP and the I140 was approved in less than
20 days after being denied. I am now all set to file my 485. I am very
thankful to Fidelina for her excellent work and also to Rajiv Khanna, Suman,

Comments: Hi everyone, I came from Australia to USA in 1998
on Business Visa and heard about Rajiv through word of mouth as he doesn't
advertise anywhere( He doesn't need to ). When I called Rajiv for the first
time he answered all my queries without any expectation of getting business
fom me in the near future. This is a highly unusual business practice and
his willingness to share his knowledge with others without expecting anything
in return is something we should learn from him. He is a highly successful
lawyer and a great individual and his simple nature has made him what he
is today. As far as the firm's productivity is concerned his super staff
is just excellent. I have special praise for Ms. Amel who inspite of personal
tragedy completed my application without any delay. His firm handled my
change of status from Business to L 1 Visa and their preparation of my
application was flawless. My application was approved in 30 days as compared
to the longer time it is supposed to take. The application was lodged and
we straight away got the aproval letter. INS didn't ask for any clarifications
in a case like L 1 and this proves how good this law office is. I will
be again using his services in 2000 for change of status of fellow staff.

Comments: My EB-1 petition got approved last week and I am very
thankful to Diane (Lombardo) and Rajiv. Diane spent a lot of time on petition
and made sure it was right. And she sure did it right. Although, INS took
more time then they initially promised (it took almost 9 months), but they
never asked for any more papers. They directly sent us approval notice.
In addition she was very prompt. She was open to suggestions by me (unlike
many other lawyers) and emailed me couple of drafts before finalizing it.
I felt much better that way as I knew what was exactly going with my petition.
And, I am impressed by Rajiv's and Diane's promptness in reply to emails.
When I sent an email to them, I knew I would have a reply by next day.
And no question was absurd for them (from approx. expenses for faxes/Mail
to what should I fill in Visa form when I go to consulate). In addition,
I think that their fee is very reasonable. I will unhesitantly recommend

me today as the approval came ahead of my expectations. Definitely it was
approved in a record time of 5 to 6 months, going by Texas standards. It

I think It is a good decision that I hired Rajiv to do my GC process. For
those of you who want dates: Priority date: Sept 21st, 1998 SESA (aka TX
workforce commission) sent a query after 2 months. After filing the paperwork,
then it was forwarded to DOL, TX by Jan, 11th, 1999. DOL approved my labor
on May 13th, 1999. I didn't even care to call DOL for any status updates.

Diane Lombardo helped me apply for permanent residency through EB1-Outstanding
Researcher category. Diane was very prompt in answering my questions throughout
this procedure. My I-140 was approved within 6 weeks from NSC (approval
date October, 1998). I am currently waiting for my I-485 appoval.
From my personal experience, it helps
to organize all the material that you are presenting as an evidence for
your application, before you submit it to Diane. This would only help her
prepare your application in a timely and organized manner. If you think
some document could be added as additional evidence for your case, do not
hesitate to ask Diane. As I said before, she was very prompt in getting
back to me.
One thing I like about Rajiv is that
he did not give me any false promises. Also, his payment method was very
convenient.

Khanna's services to get my labor approval through RIR working for CACI.
Currently, I-140 in process and will apply for I-485 as soon as I get my
I-140 approval utilizing the old priority date got from my previously approved
I-140. I wasn't even aware of this till Rajiv told me I could do this.
I am obviously elated as I don't now have to go through the frustrating
waiting perioid for my date to become current. Rajiv and his associates
