I found him very polite, sincere and prompt person. Ms. Diane Lombardo is handling my case. She is very prompt; beyond my imagination. She hardly takes time for her response. Although, it took me some time to collect my all papers, my application was received in May by INS and within eight months I got my I140 approval. I found the other members of Mr. Khanna’s group are also very sincere and polite. I strongly suggest to those looking for an immigration lawyer to contact Mr. Khanna before deciding for the service of an attorney.

My brother is suffering from a chronic illness. His visitor visa for medical treatment was denied twice in New Delhi. I don't have much hope that he will get visitor visa in the future. So I have sent application for Humanitarian parole today. Mr Khanna personally reviewed the application packet I put together. He and his team members, Suman, Homa and Mathew answered all my questions within few hours of sending the email. I have not seen such sincerity, promptness, empathy and professionalism in many places. I have had horrible experiences with American Immigration lawyers who kept waiting me for months, never responded to my questions in time and charged me exorbitant amounts for doing little work.
Most of all, Mr. Khanna did not charge me for his services. He returned my check of $600 saying that this money will help in my brother's trip and treatment!!!! Is'nt this unbelievable! This just shows the humanity of Mr. Khanna and all the people working in his firm. I am deeply touched by their generosity. He sent my papers back by Fedex and did not even bill me for that. I got his input on the application within one week of sending it.
I don't know if the application will get approved but I am thankful to Mr. Khanna from all my heart because I was really stressed out regarding the completeness of my application. The American lawyers were going to charge me by hour, probably total $1000. I would have lost my limited precious money and would have come out with another bitter experience.
I recommend Mr. Khanna's firm whole heartedly. It felt like I was talking with my own family members rather than a pain in the neck lawyer. I had an extraordinarily pleasant experience during this whole application preparation process with Mr. Khanna'a firm.

There are tons of lawyers in US, but, how many of them provide you an advice which is free and helps you in getting you case approved. My sister-in-law is a citizen by birth residing abroad in Bahrain for many many years. Her son was born there and she needed to apply for his passport and green card. Staying abroad right from her childhood years, the US Consulate in Bahrain advised that it is a tough call and would depend. We tried to call a few lawyers on how do we go about this, I spoke to HOMA and she gave a friendly advice in reference to the passport. Our nephew had entered US on IR2 visas and was granted green-card on arrival. Homa suggested to just go to the local passport office and give an US address and see if they accept the case. Wwe tried and he got his passport in two weeks.
Mr. Khanna did mention if any issues, please let him know. How many lawyesr work for money and how many provide free advice???? Not only, Mr Khanna and Homa suggested and provided freee advice, but, did go an extra-step to contact them if any more advice needed.

This was real long and painful journey but Mr. Rajiv Khanna and his team made it REAL SIMPLE and PLEASANT. The whole GC process started in October 2000 when I called Mr Khanna. I talked with Richa Narang as she started paper work for LABOUR certification. She gave me very valuable tip on how to put my resume online and how to post advertisement in local news paper. Once my Labour was filed I talked with Puja and ask her to start my I140 paper work. I had real trouble in getting financial statement from my company. Puja and Mr Khanna helped me big time by convincing my company. Puja did great job and my paper work was ready before my Labour was done and she filed my I140 same day I got my Labour. That resulted in saving of atleast 1 month. Puja was so good in communication and responding my emails and phone calls I asked her to prepare my I485 documents. She gave me Diane Lombardo's phone number. I talked with Diane and she prepared my I485 documents. Diane is best person you can ever get for I485. She has always replied my emails within 2-3 hours even on weekends. Service she provided was so EXCELLENT that one can only dream of getting these kind of service from any attorney's office. Documentation all these team provided was so good there was no scope of any RFE. I have seen my friends still suffering from mistakes from their attorneys in preparing documents. They started process before me and they are still waiting.
I talked with Leila so many times for my status check, finger printing, RFE response. She was always fast in comunicating back. Always happy to respond and most imp available on phone when you call. Another very important person from start to finish, Suman Bhasin. I have talked to her so many times during entire process. Always very polite and highly respectable. She gave me solution to every problem I had. Finally when my case was approved call from Homa on what should I do till I get my Citizenship. Lastly Mr. Khanna for all the help. He always gave me solution to every question, gave me best possible advice on chossing right path for entire process like R/R VS NON R/R. Consular processing VS I485 filing. Our case was straight forward initially but got complicated when I left my sponsoring company and our case was transfered to the SFO INS office for Interview. It was 11 months wait before we got our Interview Letter. Services of this office are really very professional as you would be assigned one person whom you will be contacting for any questions. The team member assigned to me did a good job in responding to my queries withing 24 Hours. When he was not available I could contact the other members of the firm for any help.
Even I wrote many questions directly to Rajeev Khanna and his response was very quick too.
For my interview I was asked to bring lot of documents like Corporate Income Taxes, Police clearance reports etc...and this office helped me getting the right document with their continuous guidance. Even Mr. Khanna gave me his personal Cell Phone number in case I have problem during interview.
GC Interview went fine and was told by the INS officer that they are waiting for Security Clearance before they give us the approval. So wait still continues...
