I had a question regarding my PERM petition. Rajiv graciously offered me a courtesy call to answer my question. As I was working with Rajiv's team in the past couple of months, their response was excellent. Thanks to Rajiv and Heather for their assistance. I would definitely recommend Rajiv's firm for any immigration related work.

I had an accident and am on disability while my green card adjustment of status application ( form I-485 ) has been pending for over 4 years. My I-140 had been approved about 5 years back but my case has been caught up in the visa backlogs at USCIS and Department of State. I wanted to know if there was any provision for help in the immigration laws, in case I am sent for long term disability or my employment is terminated before I receive my green card. I learnt that employment and disability are subjects to be discussed with a benefits or employment attorney. The only immigration benefits are via AC 21 or via a private bill. Also, that one should not loose the advance parole anytime while the AOS is pending. I want to thank Mr. Rajiv Khanna for his generosity with time and expert guidance. Over the phone I found him to have a very pleasant personality. he had me feel comfortable and didnt seem money minded at all.

Words cant express my gratitude
Comment:

This is fair comment  Me and my family had a  past few unlucky months. We spend a lot of money for consultations with other attornies but in vain, we thought of consuting Rajiv. We thought as Rajiv is top notch attorney in US for immmigration cases, he would charge stupenduos amount of money but he totally understood our situation and gave a wise advice regarding the COS of my wife, the consultation was free. Very hard to believe that some of the desi people out there do consultations not for the benifit of themselves but for the society. Rajiv still remebers of the old days where he had to struggle in the early 80's for maintaining his status and paying money to attornies. His advice is very helpfull and  words can express our gratitude towards him.  Thanks Rajiv for putting so much effort to rejunivate lives of some of the critical situations in the immigration law.

I have been with Rajiv S. Khanna law office for my immigration needs for last 9 years. I have always found them very helpful with the amount of information and assitance they have provided. I havent work with any other attorney so I can't compare them with others, but based on services they provided to me, I never felt I should look for another attorney.

Hi, I took consultation with Rajiv sir twice for my sister-in-laws immigration issue. The first consultation showed us the path to keep immigration status current. Also, the consultation gave lot of confidence and relived our stress. Rajiv sir is excellent in his knowledge and he is well prepared to answer our questions during the actual consultation over phone. I am very much satisfied with the consultation provided by Mr. Rajiv. I can clearly see there is a helping mentality rather than just a service. Rajiv sir is very professional and gave us one free consulation when we requested for paid consultation for few questions. He is very promt in responding to regular emails with specific question, ofcourse without any charge. Rajiv sir, Thank you very much for everything. Regards, Siva
